Over the years the rules have become almost legendary to local scooterists. They never were written down and have been passed on through word of mouth. With that in mind, the order may be a little off….and of course some of them we can’t even remember anymore. So for your reading pleasure (drum roll please) The Rules: as recreated by 32 and somewhat incomplete.

Rule #1 – We didn’t do it.
Rule #2 – I certainly didn’t do it.
