The Freeze Your Balls Off Scooter Rally is held every year on MLK weekend in Durham, North Carolina, hosted by the Incriminators Scooter Club. All two-wheeled vehicles welcome – bring your mopeds, classic scooters, modern scooters, motorcycles, etc. for a rally that doesn’t stop for cold weather!
